World renowned developer and investor in Grenada’s Port Louis project, Peter De Savary, is set to collaborate with island contractor Anslem La Touche to construct a US$65 million tourism project in the capital St. George’s. The development involves the rebuilding of the former Islander Hotel and the construction of over 60 luxury villas and suites with swimming pools overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The project is expected to conclude by the end of 2013.
