A 17th Century working plantation, the striking colonial house nestled on the hillside maintains many traditional varieties of crops and fruits as well as exotic flowers and spices. Janice, the resort’s chef and one of the island’s epicurean talent’s will give two interactive master classes to guests in their villa, demonstrating and explaining how the island’s ingredients play a key part in cooking and shouldn’t be used just for baking.
