Round Hill Hotel & Villas' new farm-to-table menu has proved popular with guests since its launch last year. Served every Thursday at The Grill at Round Hill, the innovative three-course menu features local ingredients and produce from the resort’s organic garden. Dishes include local smoked marlin yam balls, steamed local snapper, and local pork and chicken from Jamaican farms grilled over pimento wood.
