20th April 2020: Office Manager, Deana Stefano, celebrates 25-years of working for Unique Vacations UK, affiliates of the world-wide representatives of Sandals and Beaches Resorts, in 2020, making her one of the Company’s longest serving UK staff members.
Employees who work for Company for five years or more are rewarded with gift vouchers or bonuses every five years (five years of service, ten years of service, 15 years of service, 20 years of service, 25 years of service and 30 years of service).
Stefano, who was one of the first UK members of staff, has long been responsible for the efficient running of the business and looking after Sandals Resorts International’s Chairman and Founder, Gordon ‘Butch’ Stewart and Deputy Chairman, Adam Stewart, when they visit London. She also heads up the Customer Service department in the UK.
Unique Vacations UK and Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd. Managing Director, Karl Thompson, who celebrates 13 years of service himself in September 2020, comments: “We try hard to make sure our employees know that what they do is appreciated and I’m delighted to see that so many of them are happy in their roles. It’s my mission to make sure that this trend continues.
