Ground has been broken and construction begun on Kittitian Hill Resort, to be managed by Sedona Resorts. Set on a 400-acre hillside, Phase One construction includes 100 one- and two-bedroom boutique hotel cottages, 69 luxury villas, and 18 –hole golf course, beach club and swimming pool, as well as restaurants, bars and duty free shops.
