Cameron Diaz Skinny Dips in the Caribbean!

Who says it’s the beginning of the end for a woman when she hits the age of 40? Cameron Diaz is 41 and she is throwing it all out the window, showing you can look hot as long as you do your best to stay in shape.

Diaz has a new self-help health tomb, Body Book, revealing the secrets to maintaining her stunning physique. And this past March, Diaz and her best girl pals did an all-girls Caribbean vacation where she just let it all hang out!

Diaz was spotted swimming all over St Barths as she is about to be seen in the new update of “Annie.” She plays the villainess.

Diaz looked fit and healthy in tiny red bikini bottoms and a blue and white striped top with her hair pulled back in two French braid pigtails. And it wasn’t long before she ditched her bikini top to go topless! And her lady friends didn’t waste any time joining her!

Before her Caribbean get-a-way, Diaz went on numerous talk shows to promote her book and told Chelsea Handler: “I thought the body was the most important to understand how it works since we all have one.” Diaz also revealed she quit smoking for good at age 30 and hasn’t had a diet soda since then. Good thing since it was just reported that too much diet soda can cause cancer. (What DOESN’T cause cancer is the question we should be asking!)

These healthy choices have made her 40s the selfproclaimed best years of her life.

“I could not wait [to turn 40],” she told Oprah Winfrey. “I was so excited. I really felt like the day I woke up as a 40-year-old woman, I went, ‘Oh, now life begins! Oh this is it. This is the coolest thing ever.’”

Diaz admits that watching herself get older can be “scary.” But, lucky for her, the changes have been ever so gradual.

“We all do it. We all look in the mirror and start to see those changes, but it doesn’t happen overnight,” she told Winfrey. “You get to learn about yourself and see yourself and start to live with who you are as you go.”

Surprisingly, Diaz is against using anti-ageing creams and serums.

“I get so mad when I hear on commercials on television say ‘Anti-ageing,’” Diaz admitted to Oprah. “We don’t honor the journey, and who we are and how much we have to offer. It’s almost as if we have failed if we don’t remain 25 for the rest of our lives. Oh I’m sorry, I apologize, I wasn’t able to defy nature!”
